This dataset contains the mobile, ground-based Shared Mobile Atmospheric Research and Teaching (SMART) radar 2 dataset during the landfall of Hurricane Harvey (25-26 August 2017). The nearby United States Weather Surveillance Radar - 1988 Doppler (WSR-88D) in Corpus Christi, TX, USA was used to perform dual-Doppler analyses with SMART radar 2 to retrieve three-dimensional winds during Harvey's landfall. Included in this dataset are preliminary quality-controlled and dealiased Doppler velocity radar data, final quality-controlled and dealiased Doppler winds for volumes contributing to dual-Doppler analysis, unmodified dual-polarization moments from both radars, and dual-Doppler wind retrievals. This dataset is being submitted as a part of a Royal Meteorological Society Geoscience Data Journal submission entitled "Mobile Ground-Based SMART Radar Observations and Wind Retrievals During the Landfall of Hurricane Harvey (2017)." The use of this dataset should reference the manuscript once is has completed peer-review. The dataset is documented in detail in the manuscript and should be referenced for dataset structure.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
