The parietal endometriosis is an ectopic implantation of endometrial tissue in the abdominal wall. It is a rare clinical entity, often overlooked. The catamenial character of the symptomatology is evocative, but only histology confirm the diagnosis. Only complete surgery can prevent recurrences, and sometimes, parietal defect will require a plate to close securely the abdominal wall.
