The steatosis model has been updated to include FoxO1 and MTP. This resulted in a change in the network topology where insulin receptor is now much closer to steatosis than it was before. This reflects a more accurate view of the biology where insulin receptor is able to regulate fatty acid efflux. The resulting change in topology may significantly alter results compared to previous runs for some of the nodes near insulin receptor. I believe this is a more accurate reflection of the biology. You should be able to run the BISCT.jar file under all recent versions of Java after 1.8.0. If you have problems, put up an issue.
