Evaluation of Bank Deposits in the Light of Islamic LawBanks are established to collect the savings and offer them to utility of economic system. They do this service by using the bank deposits which are defined as financial contracts that have been analyzed comprehensively in the Islamic law. The legal status of the financial contracts which occur because of deposits between saving account holders and banks and their benefits are subjects in agenda.
