Abstract

علم کشت بدون خاک ثابت کرده است که برای رشد گیاهان به خاک احتیاجی نیست اما به عناصری که در خاک موجود است احتیاج است. کشت تجاری بدون خاک شامل ترکیبی از فناوی هیدروپونیک با کنترل عوامل محیطی برای رسیدن به بهترین کیفیت محصول است. بسیاری از گزارش های منتشر شده در سال های اخیر در مقایسه بین روش های کشت بدون خاک و خاکی، نشان دهنده برتری سیستم های کشت بدون خاک بوده است. گیاهان قادر به سنتز گروه وسیعی از ترکیبات آلی با وزن مولکولی پایین های ثانویه هستند که معمولاً دارای ساختارهای منحصر به فرد و پیچیده ای هستند. ¬ تحت عنوان متابولیت این ترکیبات به مقدار کمی در سلول ذخیره شده و در مرحله خاصی از چرخه زندگی گیاه تولید می شوند و میزان آنها اغلب کم (کمتر از یک درصد وزن خشک) می باشند .همین امر استخراج و تخلیص آنها را در مقایسه با متابولیت های اولیه که در تمام سلول ها تولید می شوند، دشوار می سازد. در شرایط کشت بدون خاک در مدت زمان کوتاهی بیومس زیادی از گیاه به دست میآید همچنین میتوان مقداری از متابولیتهای ثانویه با ارزش اقتصادی بالا را به سمت محلول غذایی هدایت نمود و از آن بهرهبرداری کرد.
