Abstract

Chitin builder is a VMD plugin that generates crystal coordinates and structural/topology files of alpha or beta chitin for use in MD simulations. Developed by D. C. Malaspina and J. Faraudo at Institut de Ciencia de Materials de Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC)
