This archive includes generation files and a homology model of a sodium:neurotransmitter symporter family protein from Turicibacter sanguinis strain MOL361T with bound sodium built using human SERT bound to paroxetine, sodium and chloride using Modeller and AlignMe-PST v1.1 The template coordinates were extracted from PDBID 5I6X. The final model TuriMOL361Tnss_on_5i6x.pdb was selected from an ensemble generated by Modeller 9.5 with the input files in the Modeller-files/ subfolder and minimized with NAMD 2.9 using the input files in the minimization/ subfolder. The model was deposited in the Protein Model database with accession number PM0082223. For more details, see T.C. Fung, C.D.G. Luna, H.E. Vuong, A.A. Aleksandrova, N.G. Riley, J. McGinn, T. Rendon, L.R. Forrest, E.Y. Hsiao, Intestinal serotonin and fluoxetine exposure regulate bacterial colonization in the gut, Nature Microbiology (2019).
