Supplementary Movie 1: Actomyosin dynamics in response to PFO intoxication. HeLa cells were co-transfected to simultaneously express NMHCIIA (green) and F-Tractin (red) and followed by time-lapse confocal microscopy upon PFO intoxication. Sequential frames were acquired every 10 seconds (7 frames per second display rate). PFO was added to culture medium at a concentration of 0.1 nM, 20 seconds before t0.
