MONITORAMENTO REMOTO DE CHAVES SECCIONADORAS POR SENSORES A FIBRA ÓPTICA

Abstract

RESUMO Durante a manobra de abertura ou fechamento de uma chave seccionadora de subestações pode ocorrer um mal fechamento com consequente aumento excessivo da resistência elétrica dos contatos que pode ocasionar arcos elétricos e aumento da temperatura, podendo danificar a chave em casos extremos causando defeitos de grandes dimensões. Decorrente deste problema, vê-se a necessidade de controlar os estados de “aberto” e “fechado” das chaves com objetivo de certificar-se que não haverá risco de arcos elétricos ou qualquer dano ao dispositivo. Este trabalho apresenta o desenvolvimento de um sistema de monitoramento de chaves seccionadoras utilizando sensores a fibra óptica. Uma nova técnica de sensoriamento foi utilizada, onde o movimento dos contatos da parte fixa da chave é monitorado por um sensor opto-mecânico que opera em ambiente de alta tensão, completamente isolado e com proteção adequada para as condições ambientais de subestações. A informação sobre o estado da chave, completamente aberta ou completamente fechada, é enviada à unidade de monitoramento instalada na sala de comando, utilizando fibra óptica. Foi desenvolvido um software para interpretação dos dados provenientes dos sensores que fornece informações sobre o estado dos contatos e suas temperaturas podendo ainda enviar esses dados para o supervisório da subestação. A pesquisa resultou em um protótipo de campo atualmente instalado na SE‑Rondonópolis (MT) e os resultados são apresentados.
