Appui à l'élaboration des plans de contrôle pour la Police de l'Environnement par utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle

Abstract

Intelligence artificielle et (vrais) apports opérationnels pour nos métiers Dystopie ou utopie, notre avenir se construira avec et non sans l’intelligence artificielle. Nous pouvons le craindre, l’espérer, l’accepter ou le refuser mais l’intelligence artificielle influencera nos actions comme nos décisions dans des domaines des plus variés allant de la santé à la finance, de l’environnement à la sécurité. Aujourd’hui la gendarmerie nationale exploite les possibilités offertes par l’intelligence artificielle pour optimiser ses services en matière opérationnelle et logistique et à court terme dans le champ des ressources humaines. A travers quelques exemples, la gendarmerie présentera l’intérêt de cet usage mais aussi les limites qui relèvent parfois plus de l’humain que de la machine et tentera de répondre aux défis et aux enjeux qu’ouvrent l’intelligence artificielle. Le ministère de l'écologie et ses opérateurs ne sont pas la traîne et investissent également ce sujet. L'AFB présentera son projet lauréat du PIA (conjointement avec le BRGM) où l'IA apporte un appui à l'élaboration des plans de contrôles de la police de l'environnement. L'objectif est d'optimiser le déploiement des agents pour augmenter l'efficacité des contrôles et gagner du temps, qui sera réinvesti dans le suivi des suites et dans la pédagogie de prévention.
