We provide contact matrices by 5-year age groups for Tomsk, Russia relevant for the transmission of airborne infectious diseases. The dataset is provided in csv format. In the folder "total", we report the overall contact matrix; in folder “by_relation”, we report contact matrices by relation between the study participant and her/his contacts; in the folder "by_social_setting", we report the contact matrices by the social setting where the recorded contact took place.
