This is a simple Python 3 tool to measure features on electron micrographs. The tool was developed to evaluate micrographs of rusts where density of features (e.g how many thorns per unit surface) is often species-specific. The UI is very simple, alternating between console and Matplotlib image display. Results are saved as .csv. User can reload old measurements and continue with measurements.
