Abstract

Ausgangspunkt: - 11.500 wertvolle wissenschaftliche Filme von der IWF Wissen und Medien gGmbH i. L. mit heterogenem Rechtebestand übernommen (Entstehung 1920 ‐ ca. 2006) - TIB entwickelt gemeinsam mit Partnern ein AV‐ Portal für mediengerechte Darstellung wissenschaftlicher Filme - Kontaktaufnahme zu Filmautoren für Rechtsübergang zwingend Ziel: Möglichst viele Filme zu möglichst freien Bedingungen online nutzbar machen - Nachverhandlung u. a. der für Online‐ Bereitstellung fehlenden Rechte - Vergabe von Open-Access‐Lizenzen anbieten (CC by nd 3.0 Dtld oder CC by nc nd 3.0 Dtld)
