This file describes the fit obtained for a Bayesian hierarchical model of the effects of control (growth) and treatment (passage) on individual genes from E. coli DH10B (carrier) and Sakai (BAC load), to data obtained using a multi-E. coli microarray. It is stored as a PyStan model fit, in a Python pickle. This file is intended as supplementary information for a forthcoming publication.
