Abstract

„Menschen haben Angst vor dem Unbekannten. Durch den Kontakt zu fremden Gruppen werden Vorurteile gegenüber Diesen abgebaut.“ Mit der Ausgangslage dieser These, fussend auf der Kon-takthypothese von Gordon Allprot (1954, S. 47), wurde das Interventionsprojekt „Interkulturelle Wanderungen Luzern“ im Sommer 2018 lanciert. Dabei wurde Menschen aus aller Welt die Möglich-keit angeboten, während einer gemeinsamen Wanderung miteinander in Kontakt zu treten. Begüns-tigt wurde dies durch die sportliche Aktivität in einer natürlichen Umgebung. Die Resonanz auf das Projekt war überwiegend positiv. Trotzdem liess sich in der gegebenen Zeit keine Trägerschaft finden, welche das Projekt nachhaltig weiterführte. Es wurde dennoch Raum für Begegnungen geschaffen und die Ergebnisse anhand einer neu konzipierten Steinprobe evaluiert.
