METAFORA DALAM LIRIK LAGU YASASHISA NO RIYUU OLEH CHOUCHO

Abstract

This journal discusses the meaning of the metaphor contained in Japanese song’s lyrics. With use of metaphor analysis “Knowles and Moon” (2006), that consist of metaphor, meaning, and connection of these tho things. This research examines from the data source titled Yasashisa no Riyuu by Choucho. The aim of this study is to describe the use and meaning of the metaphor used by song’s writer. It can be concluded that metaphor is used by writer to describe his real meaning that can not described with ordinary words.
