Abstract

Практичний посібник описує, як редакції українських наукових видань можуть скористатися перевагами сервісу Cited-by від Crossref та підтримати Initiative for Open Citations. Це дві важливі речі, на яких базується ідея створення Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI) – бази даних наукової літератури та інструменту для відслідковування цитувань, яка розробляється фахівцями Державної науково-технічної бібліотеки України за дорученням Колегії Міністерства освіти і науки України. Реалізація проекту OUCI має спростити вченим та бібліотекарям пошук наукових документів, допомогти управлінцям зі збором статистичних даних та розширити читацьку аудиторію українських наукових журналів.

Посібник створено у процесі виконання НТР №0118U100304 "Створення інструменту відстеження цитувань наукових публікацій для запровадження відкритого українського індексу наукового цитування Open Ukrainian Citation Index (OUCI)".
