Les tumeurs des glandes salivairesrepr?sentent 5% des tumeurs de la t?te et du cou, ellessontdiverses et les donn?e?pid?miologiquessont variables. Notre travail estune?tuder?trospectivemen?esurunedur?e de 14 ansallant de janvier 2004 jusqu??septembre 2018 au sein du service d?anatomiepathologique de CHU MED VI de Marrakech. 96 patients ont?t?collig?s, dontl??gemoyenest de 42 ans, avec unel?g?repr?dominance masculine (sexe ratio 1.28). Une masse parotidienne a ?t?observ?edans 83.33% des cas. 87.5% des tumeurs?taientb?nignesdomin?esparl?ad?nomepl?omorphe chez 70.83% des cas , suivi de la tumeur de wartindans 16.66% des cas . alorsque les tumeursmalignes?taientretrouv?es chez 12.5% des casdomin?es par le carcinomead?no?dekystique chez 7.29% des cas et le carcinomemuco?pidermo?dedans 4.16% des cas. Les tumeurs des glandes salivairesrepr?sententun ensemble h?t?rog?ne de maladies de caract?risationcomplexe et de fr?quence variable.
