The objective of this paper is to designapushrod suspension system for student race car. The paper analyzed the suspension design process, method of structural analysis of suspension system with the help of Ansys R18.1 software. Some calculation results of structural analysis of suspension components in typical working conditions such as emergency braking and cornering are also presented in this paper.
