Abstract

En el presente estudio se aborda el tema de emprendimientos cleantech o verdes, tema relevante desde el punto de vista económico, sustentable, político y hasta social. En su mayoría, esta temática, implica retos tecnológicos elevados o cercanos a la frontera del conocimiento, como lo es con la generación y masificación de productos, procesos o servicios basados en energías renovables, los que incluyen cambios de paradigmas. En el campo de la gestión de la tecnología y las políticas habilitadoras como la de cualquier emprendimiento resulta oportuno diseñar ad hoc para las realidades de un entorno, región, dependientes de la intensidad de las relaciones de los agentes geográficos participantes. Desde el punto de vista empresarial, social, político, académico se han planteado cambios en la actual economía lineal, la cual se centra en la producción y el destino de los desechos generados que no son considerados. El principal consenso versa en el logro de equilibrio entre las actividades productivas y la preservación de los recursos naturales o las condiciones ambientales, con misión de cuidar el bienestar de generaciones futuras. Dada la relevancia que posee el tema, el objetivo del presente artículo es desarrollar un mapa cognitivo neutrosófico para el análisis de las medidas de mitigación ante el cambio climático en la consolidación de emprendimientos cleantech vinculados a la gestión de residuos urbanos.
