In March 2019, the European Parliament voted to adopt the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market by a majority of 348 to 274. This high-level general presentation from one of LIBER's Copyright and Legal Matters Working Group members gives details on the changes. The presentation explains some of the main differences between the Commission 2016 proposal and the version ratified by the European Parliament this week.
