Odessa Regional Clinical Hospital, hubrina58@gmail.com The clinical picture of Parkinson's disease (PD) includes motor and non-motor symptoms. The most important component of the non-motor symptom complex PD is unexplained pain, significantly reducing the quality of life of patients. The prevalence of different types of pain experienced by patients with PD varies from 40 to 85%. A total of 59 patients aged 50 to 75 years old were diagnosed with PD (of varying degrees of severity), according to the criteria of the British Brain Bank. With the help of the Royal scale of pain, the main painful phenomena in PD and their correlation with motor subtypes and the stage of the disease were identified, which in turn implies an individual approach in the selection of drug therapy. Key words: Parkinson's disease, non-motor symptoms, pain, scale of pain, types of pain.
