This is a talk I recorded for the CLSTL Conference 2019 https://events.iitgn.ac.in/2019/CLSTL/welcome-to-clstl-2019/ at the Indian Institute of Technology in Gandhinagar. In this short presentation I describe our approach at University of Göttingen to consider free access to content just as one aspect of Open Access. Only combined with a notion of open processes, a sense of participation and an overruling sense of transparency will free content make a change. The video clip is a small welcoming adress.
