The study area encompasses region of Victoria Lake and 3 adjoining countries: Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. Lake Victoria is the second largest fresh water body on the Earth with unique environment giving origin of the Nile waters. The ArcGIS analysis enable to perform Correlation of spatial distribution of cropland areas with precipitation and topography. Comparison of cropland areas in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. Created DEM and classified the total area into land cover types (16 classes). Map of population (by population statistics). Selected land classes in protected areas.
