Perilaku gay dan biseksual yang menyuburkan aktivitas LSL selain ditentang oleh umumnya masyarakat, aktivitas tersebut juga menimbulkan masalah kesehatan yang berdampak tidak hanya pada pelaku seks sesama jenis sendiri, namun juga orang lain (istri dari biseksual).
