Abstract of the talk: Instrumentation and use of an electroporation generator, configured of MOSFETs in a push-pull configuration, for possible real-time neutralization of isolated cancer stem cells within an artificial 50Ω buffer. Initial bench study investigates the permeabilization and non-thermal treatment of isolated cancer stem cells, via an original cuvette housing unit, and generator.
Presentation given by Ilan Davies at the workshop on EM field interaction with biological tissues for cancer and regenerative medicine held at Bangor University on July 13th, 2018. The title of the talk is : "Electro-permeabilization of isolated cancer stem cells with a push-pull configuration of high power MOSFETs".
