This zenodo archive includes the Temoa code and data used to produce the publication Patankar et al. (2019): Building conflict uncertainty into electricity planning: A South Sudan case study. For information on how to run the stochastic version of the model, see the README file in the 'tools' folder. This analysis was conducted with Pyomo version 4.3. Tools for Energy Model Optimization and Analysis (Temoa) is an open source energy system model.
For details on how to run the model, please visit the project website: http://temoaproject.org/.
