RESUMEN: El síndrome de dos pies y una mano consiste en una infección superficial fúngica de la piel que afecta a ambos pies y una única mano. Mayoritariamente está causado por Trichophyton rubrum. Presentamos el caso de un varón de 49 años de edad sin antecedentes patológicos de interés que fue remitido al Departamento de Dermatología de nuestro hospital debido a la presencia de lesiones pruriginosas en su mano derecha de 2 años de evolución y que no remitieron pese a la aplicación diaria durante 3 semanas de aceponato de metilprednisolona tópico. TWO FEET-ONE HAND SYNDROME: AN UNDERDIAGNOSED CONDITION ABSTRACT: The syndrome of two feet and one hand consists of a superficial fungal infection of the skin that affects both feet and a single hand. Mostly it is caused by Trichophyton rubrum. We present the case of a 49-year-old man with no medical history of interest who was referred to the Department of Dermatology of our hospital due to the presence of pruritic lesions on his right hand that had developed over 2 years and that did not remit despite the application daily for 3 weeks of topical methylprednisolone aceponate.
