Das Korruptionsstrafrecht: Ein zahnloser Tiger?

Abstract

Mit dem auf den 1. Mai 2000 eingeführten, revidierten Korruptionsstrafrecht sollte die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, die Korruption national und international wirkungsvoll zu bekämpfen. Der Artikel schafft einen Überblick über die aktuelle rechtliche Lage. Ausserdem wird beurteilt, ob das neue Recht in der Praxis seine Wirksamkeit erzielt hat.
