Activité Antimicrobienne Des Extraits Des Feuilles De La Vigne Sauvage (Vitis Vinifera Sylvestris)

Abstract

Cette contribution est une étude phytochimique des métabolites secondaires et une mise en évidence de l’activité antimicrobienne des extraits flavonoidiques et tanniques des feuilles de vigne sauvage Vitis vinifera sylvestris. Le screening phytochimique montre la présence de flavonoïdes, de tannins galliques, de saponosides et d’alcaloïdes aussi bien dans l’extrait aqueux á 10% que dans la poudre des feuilles. L’analyse chromatographique sur couche mince révèle la présence d’acide gallique et de quercétine dans les extraits de tannins et de flavonoïdes, respectivement. L’activité antimicrobienne de ces extraits, par diffusion sur gélose, est étudiée sur quatre souches bactériennes (Bacillus subtilis, pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus et Escherichia coli) et sur une souche de levure (Candidas albicans). Les résultats montrent que l’extrait de tannins inhibe les quatre souches bactériennes alors qu’aucun effet n’est observé sur la souche de levure. L’extrait de flavonoïdes, quant à lui, n’a inhibé qu’une seule souche bactérienne.
