Serologic Assessment of Public Health Action Needed for Trachoma, Coastal Ecuador, 2021–2024

Abstract

R scripts used to conduct analyses to support the paper: Kamau E, Simbaña L, Torres S, Walas N, Cooley G, Coleman C, et al. Serologic assessment of public health action needed for trachoma, coastal Ecuador, 2021–2024. Emerg Infect Dis. 2026. https://doi.org/10.3201/eid3211.261024 This version 1 of the repository is the code base at the time of peer review publication. Code is written in R using Quarto markdown (.Qmd). HTML output files and key manuscript figures that are generated by the scripts are attached as binaries to this release. Full Changelog: https://github.com/proctor-ucsf/ecuador-trachoma-elimination/commits/v1 Due to the small populations in the study area, our IRB determined that individual level data, even if de-identified, could be potentially identifiable. Therefore, we have provided the analysis code to replicate the analysis but we cannot publicly release the underlying data. Should you have any questions about the materials herein, please reach out to Ben Arnold at UCSF (ben.arnold@ucsf.edu).
