A structured purposive review of 120 current nonclinical healthcare-administration vacancy cards - 40 each in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia - maps five role families across operations, service-user administration, information and records, workforce or rostering, and general administration. The open package includes the report PDF, a rights-limited vacancy metadata ledger, public-safe claim mapping, methods and data dictionary, geography matrix, role requirements matrix, research-to-role brief, current-trend source ledger and independent review receipts. Only nine United States descriptions were deeply coded; the other 111 records remain card-level for detailed requirements. The study is not a representative labour-market estimate and provides neither clinical nor legal advice.
