sample mzml file for testing the MzMLToMzLiteIonMobility Tool

Abstract

I used the dataset by Sander Willems and Matthias Mann to test the MzMLToMzLiteIonMobility tool. For this i converted the .d file to a .mzml file with MSConvert (https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/btn323). The dataset is available at: MannLabs/alphatims: An open-source Python package for efficient accession and visualization of Bruker TimsTOF raw data from the Mann Labs at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry.. The original publication "AlphaTims: Indexing Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry–TOF Data for Fast and Easy Accession and Visualization" is aviable at: AlphaTims: Indexing Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry–TOF Data for Fast and Easy Accession and Visualization - Molecular & Cellular Proteomics with the corresponding DOI: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.mcpro.2021.100149.
