Vienna Manifesto on Digital Humanism

Abstract

This is a translation into plain language of the Vienna Manifesto on Digital Humanism, published in 2019. The Vienna Manifesto was a public call to think and act together on technological development. It has since been signed by more than 1,000 leading figures worldwide. The authorised translation was created in collaboration with authors of the Manifesto, Hannes Werthner and Stefan Woltran, and EUDHIT, represented by Erich Prem. The Manifesto in the version for everyone is available in English and German.
