Abstract

Dans le cadre de la mise en place de la Gestion des Milieux Aquatiques et Prévention des Inondations (GEMAPI), ISL a réalisé pour l’Institution Adour, l’Agglomération d’Agen et la Communauté d’Agglomération Pays Basque des études préliminaires et expertises des ouvrages susceptibles d’assurer une protection contre les inondations et des analyses multicritères pour l’aide au choix des ouvrages à retenir comme système d’endiguement parmi les ouvrages présents sur les territoires. La présente communication a pour objectif de rappeler succinctement la nouvelle réglementation, de présenter les méthodes utilisées afin de définir en première approche les enjeux protégés par les ouvrages étudiés, de définir les systèmes d’endiguement potentiels au sens de la réglementation et les coûts prévisionnels de leurs régularisations et de conclure sur les principales problématiques rencontrées lors de la mise en œuvre de la démarche d’étude et de la GEMAPI. Des exemples de cas concrets issus de ces études y sont présentés et permettent d’illustrer les principaux retours d’expérience de ces études et les questionnements qui en découlent.
