The Physico-Mathematical Framework of the Ekvilibro Methodology

Abstract

This article presents the physico-mathematical framework of the Ekvilibro methodology — a universal language for describing the dynamics of attention, dualities, and inner equilibrium. The five laws of the mechanics of consciousness, analogous to classical physics, together with the Cartesian coordinate system as a model of equilibrium, transform abstract formulas into a practical self-regulation tool accessible to everyone. From Descartes, Newton, and Einstein to Ekvilibro — a lineage of ideas is traced, which today become a meta-technology applicable in business, negotiations, management, and personal life. The article is for those seeking a precise language to describe their inner world and wishing to learn how to find optimal solutions without falling into extremes.
