ABSTRACT Employee performance is a critical factor in driving organizational success. The level of employee performance can be influenced by various factors, including servant leadership, work-life balance, and workload. This quantitative study aims to analyze the effects of servant leadership, work-life balance, and workload on employee performance. Utilizing a survey method with a total sampling technique of 38 respondents, data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS. The partial testing results indicate that servant leadership, work-life balance, and workload each exert a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly impact performance, contributing to 53.7% of the variance. This study concludes that enhancing these three factors effectively boosts performance; thus, the institution is advised to strengthen high-integrity leadership, cultivate a supportive work environment, evaluate task distribution, and provide adequate facilities and rewards.
