I·V·O Lens Prompt v4.0 — Canonical Reference Version

Abstract

The I·V·O Lens Prompt v4.0 is a frozen, domain-independent instrument for structural analysis using O (Structured Possibility), V (Instantiated Relation), and I (Situated Selectivity) as functional assignments within an explicitly stated scope. Version 4.0 strengthens the I-boundary through positive-evidence, revocability, remove-and-compare, system-boundary, and cross-scale non-cancellation safeguards.
