RevoHR — Romania Hospitality Workforce 2026: Data & AI Pack

Abstract

Public data and AI pack accompanying the RevoHR research report Romania Hospitality Workforce 2026. Built from Institutul Național de Statistică (INS) TEMPO Online, CAEN Rev.2 Section I (accommodation and food service): average employees (2008–2024, including the 2020 interruption), average gross nominal monthly earnings, average vacant posts (2008–2025), Bucharest and top county-level shares, and active local units by division (55/56) and size band (2024). Statistical boundaries are preserved: average employees are not a headcount; the 55/56 establishment structure is not an employment split; seasonality is not measured; vacancy counts are not shortages or the Eurostat job vacancy rate. Single-year values are snapshots, not trends. The pack provides the underlying data as machine-readable files together with a methodology note and source documentation.Reuse and attribution: RevoHR's original compilation, methodology and derived datasets are released under CC BY 4.0. Underlying official statistics remain subject to their applicable source attribution and reuse terms. Romanian official statistics are sourced from INSSE/TEMPO; Eurostat material, where present, is reused under Eurostat's official reuse policy; U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics material, where present, is public domain. Third-party sources and statistical definitions are documented in the accompanying source files.
