WP-2026-12 established Agentic Brand Control (ABC) as the category addressing a structural gap in brand performance measurement: the distinction between AI visibility and AI recommendation. It documented the AIVO Paradox, the observation that brands with strong AI visibility routinely achieve zero or near-zero recommendation rates at the final purchase turn and introduced Conversational Survival Rate (CSR) as the measurement protocol for AI-mediated purchase sequences. This paper takes that category as established and addresses the question it leaves open: once CSR is measured and the AIVO Paradox is confirmed, what does a brand do about it? We propose a four-part operational framework, diagnosis, remediation, resilience testing, and monitoring, and describe the mechanism by which the Evidence Supply Chain, the structured persistence of brand-specific information across conversational turns, determines whether remediation holds. This paper is the practitioner-facing companion to WP-2026-12, translating category definition into operational discipline.
