The Belief–Behavior Systems Archetype develops an interdisciplinary framework for investigating how human hierarchies preserve—or lose—the capacity to learn. Beginning with the structural distribution of knowledge and resources across hierarchies, the monograph examines how supervisory intention and unconscious epistemological belief may influence whether distributed intellectual currency remains available for questioning, correction, and collective problem solving. The resulting framework connects organizational learning and supervisory cognition with broader questions of truth, consequential judgment, justice, democratic institutions, adaptability, and human flourishing.
