Abstract

Full data tables underlying SynerGPCR (https://synergpcr.kaist.ac.kr), an assay-chain database linking GPCR functional completeness to clinical translatability. Source code and a 200-row example of each table are available at https://github.com/hyojin0912/SynerGPCR. Two fields are withheld from this deposit: UMLS disease-name strings (require a separate UTS licence; UMLS_CUI identifiers are retained) and two internal UI-only flag columns (is_demo, demo_label) with no analytical content.
