Overview This release makes 2025 Early Release data available. This is based on EIA's "early release" datasets for 2025, which do not contain the final, complete, or fully-validated versions of the data that will be released later in the fall. Based on our analysis of 2024 data, the early release version of the EIA-923 generation and fuel dataset (which is the primary input for emissions calculations) contained about 93% of the records and 98-99% of the fuel/generation of the final release data. Despite being substantially complete, EIA warns against aggregation of this early release data, so the OGE early release dataset only contains plant and subplant-level data, and no regional aggregations at this point. This release addresses a bug that affected the completeness and accuracy of the hourly data for certain generators.
