A Jacobian smooth-point criterion and the full (e=3) column of the Polydegree Conjecture

Abstract

Anonymous unrefereed candidate manuscript and proof package. It proves the all-degree e=3 column using an exact Jacobian and weighted-Euler reduction, a Fourier-limit construction, quantitative Newton-Kantorovich persistence, an exact-rational eventual envelope, and 97,033 finite FLINT/Arb certificates. Producer-side replay and cross-model adversarial review are recorded. No unaffiliated full Arb rerun, independently written checker, proof-assistant formalisation, specialist review, or peer review is claimed.
