Abstract

Version 1.2.0. The fractionation design is now analysed as a split-plot, with SSF tested against the between-fermentation error stratum and post-hoc comparisons using Satterthwaite-approximated degrees of freedom. The Aspergillus oryzae proteolysis pipeline was reimplemented with the six documented secretome specificities and a proline-blocking rule, and a composition-matched permutation control and leave-one-fermentation-out cross-validation were added. The Multifunctional Index is computed over the seven bioactivity variables. No experimental data are distributed; the statistical script reads an external CSV.
