Abstract

This manuscript was crafted entirely by hand over a six-month period between 14 January and 18 July 2026. Across 185 days of sustained development, the project logged over 25,000 discrete document timepoints, recording every stage of its growth from initial concept to final polish. The resulting 22,328-word text, comprising 1,973 sentences and 128,662 characters, stands as a fully documented record of sole human authorship, with 100% of the active drafting time attributed directly to Alexander Paul Burton. To ensure absolute transparency in an era of automated text generation, the manuscript's complete editing telemetry was captured using granular Process Feedback metrics. The data reflects true creative friction, showing 22,678 manual insertions, 2,754 active deletions, and 711 formatting pass adjustments carried out at an average typing speed of 70 words per minute. Rather than relying on instant bulk generation, the narrative evolved through organic worldbuilding, evidenced by early structural outlines giving way to thousands of hand-crafted revisions that shaped its distinct folklore and vocabulary.
