This practical guide was developed following an Erasmus+ Job Shadowing mobility carried out in May 2026 at the Secondary Education Institute Al-Baytar in Benalmádena, Spain. It presents examples of digital workflows used in school management, recommendations for organizing documents in the cloud, procedure models and digital tools, as well as examples of good practice observed in the host institution's managerial activity, adaptable to schools in Romania. The guide is intended for school principals, management team members, committee coordinators, and teaching staff interested in modernizing school management. The material is written in Romanian.
