Supplementary Code for Defect Detection in Magnetic Systems Using U-Net and Statistical Measures

Abstract

This is a supplement to the publication https://doi.org/10.1103/czsp-gnmy. This software archive contains the supplementary code for the manuscript "Defect detection in magnetic systems using U-Net and statistical measures" published in APS Open Science. The code generates synthetic finite-temperature micromagnetic data with randomly placed material inhomogeneities, computes temporal statistical measures, trains U-Net segmentation models, and produces the manuscript and supporting figures.
