Abstract (English) The rise of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) has significantly transformed the criteria by which organizations are retrieved, understood, cited, and recommended in digital environments. In this context, this research investigates the role of Information Architecture Governance in expanding the computational representation of entities and its influence on citability within AI ecosystems. The study was developed through a longitudinal experimental program conducted in a real operational environment, using LSP Mídia as the unit of analysis and experimental laboratory. The methodology was based on the progressive implementation of Information Architecture Governance practices, including semantic organization of informational assets, structured data, AI-oriented documentation, digital presence optimization, and the strengthening of verifiable external evidence, accompanied by continuous monitoring across different search engines and AI-based systems. The results confirm that the computational recognition of an entity does not occur in a binary fashion, but through an evolutionary process termed the 'Citation Gradient', in which the entity progressively expands its probability of retrieval, recognition, citation, and recommendation as it reduces semantic ambiguities and strengthens its distributed representation. The research also highlights that technical optimization has a practical limit, making external authority and verifiable evidence determining factors for higher levels of recognition by intelligent systems. Furthermore, it demonstrates that Information Architecture goes beyond its traditional function of content organization and usability, consolidating itself as a strategic capability for the data ecosystem.
