Introduction to Climate Finance for Young Climate Innovators: An Open Learning Guide is an introductory resource designed to make climate finance accessible to students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers and emerging climate leaders. The guide provides a practical foundation in climate finance and explores key topics crucial for understanding the climate finance landscape such as climate change, climate finance mechanisms, carbon markets and ESG, among others. The guide has been written with a strong focus on accessibility and real-world application and it bridges the gap between climate ambition and implementation. The aim of this guide is to support young climate innovators in understanding how climate finance works and how innovative ideas can be developed into impactful and fundable climate solutions.
